It was so great to run again. I really gotta stop missing practice for stupid things like getting new glasses and getting my braces fixed.
Anyways basically everyone was late for practice, and they all missed out on “the circle” joke. After warmups coach talked to us about finding a good reason to be committed to track. And honestly it’s hard to find one sometimes. But I’m gonna try to be at practice with a good attuned more, so I can keep getting better for XC.
Okay so for the workout I was super bummed Anna and Hailey couldn’t do it. I just want them to get healed and be able to run with me everyday and every workout. However running with Maddie was lots of fun. She’s getting really good at staying with us, and definitely did better than last week. I’m happy to see her improving.
