Minutes: 35
I wa very sore from yesterday. I definitely need to roll out more. The run was pretty good. Those hill circuits seem like they will be fun. Anyways so as I was running back by myself (cause Anna is injured) I was thinking about how I don’t really like track, but I need to get the motivation to keep running, so this is my plan. Everyday on here instead of saying something rad that happened, I’d instead write a reason that track is good, so when I feel like quitting I can come read them.
Reason Track is Rad: Jessica Hill (because she and I talked for a little bit today and she’s super fun to talk to. I should talk to her more, but I’m always scared to cause she’s so cool.)
