8-12x400 @ CV w/ 1min rec; 15min warm (including 5 at E Tempo)/cool to time
Warm up and easy tempo were good. Brynnli and I started the workout and hit the time every time. After 5, she had to go ice so I was by myself. I did 5 more, the first 2 were two fast, 3rd was right on, 4th way to Fast (cause coach holt helped corrected my form and I just went way to Fast) the 5th was right on and then I went and cooled down around the school with the girls.
Rad Thing of The Day: The assembly was great and funny. Also Colton did good
