Workout: 15min warm (w/ 5 ETemp), then 3-4x1200@ CVpace w/ equal rec, Hill Circuit, cool to time
First 1200 was a little slow, next one was a little fast, and last one was right on pace. Anna and Maddie were both behind me on the last two, wish Anna had stayed with me though. Then we went and did hill circuits, those were really good. Also it was hot, which I didn’t mind too much, it was nice to have a good sweat and I felt like I actually did really good today.
