I love workouts, and couldn't wait to get started today. I started off at what I thought was a good pace, but turned out being too fast as I died off half way through the 4 minutes. After that I backed off a little bit, and did my 1:30's on pace. Then I did my 2:15 on pace too. I finished the work out with a nice solid cool down. Overall, I was pretty happy with this workout, I just gotta make sure I drink more water though out the day.
