Was not feeling good today and when Coach told us we didn't have to do the workout it was very tempting to do my short run, and just skip the workout this week, but I pushed through it and went and did the workout. Although I am behind and not quite in shape as Anna, I still did well and pushed myself. I really enjoyed the workout we did and hope most of our workouts for track are like it.
