I got a good night sleep and was excited to run. I wasn't excited for 30 minutes of planks and after doing 7 or 8 minutes, I couldn't wait to get started on my run. Running the trail was nice, but hard.

This run was really hard, but I kept pushing myself and telling myself I could do it. And I did do it, I ran the whole way back to the lake and then got to jump in to the freezeing water.
