I was going to go to morning practice but after yesterday’s run I decided I needed to sleep in. I was excited for the workout, plus Anna could run with me the whole time. We did the 3k 5k 8k 8k 5k 3k workout. It felt really good. The last 3 minute coach holt come and ran the last 20 seconds with us pushing us through it. The rest of the 3 minutes coach Roberts was yelling at Anna to push with me, and everytime he said that I would go faster. During the workout, everytime I wanted to walk, I would think of Nike and how I want to PR at the race.
Rad Thing of The Day: I learned about not real numbers in math and it made sense.
