Minutes: 70
Knowing I had a 70 minute run made me not want to even go to practice. This week has been really hard for me, and my body and especially my mind are ready for a break. I think this weekend will be the break I need. Anyways the run was fun. We went pretty fast out, and slowed down the whole way back. Doing the hills helped us keep our speed up though. Anna and I were only planning on doing 65 minutes, but because of how long it took for us to get back, we got 70.
Rad Thing of the Day: I ran over the bridge for the first time.
