Minutes: 30
Anna and I had to stop to fix her watch at the very beginning of our run, so we were behind everyone. We then ran our 15 minutes on the road then went to the grass. The grass run was really cold. My feet were numb but I still got my minutes in and 6 striders.
Goals: Keep getting top of my minutes, keep rolling and icing.
I won't be making it to weights today, but hopefully I'll be able to go on Thrusday.
