Wasn't able to do very much at weights because I was late. I need to work on getting on time to morining practice.

I made a goal for this run to not walk or slow my pace. I did really good and got lost in thought as I ran out. On the way back I was still lost in thought, and wasn't focusing on the pain. I was into the neiborhood on the way back from artic circle, when Bryanna caught up to me, she told me to go with her and so I did. We had a big group by the end. I was really happy Bryanna pushed me, usually I slow my pace on the way back but instead I went faster and felt great after\wards. I got back to the hs and did my 200s. When I waited for my mom I streched and am just about to go roll and ice. Today was a great day, and I hope to keep having more this week.
