Ran the first 15 minutes with the girls, fell off and ran by myself until I turned back. The girls eventually caught back up with me and I ran the last 10 minutes with them

Kinda went slow with Anna. My knee was hurting and I was super sore from yesterday. Then did hill circuits by myself. Those kinda sucked too. I’m surprised I did 3.

Well Anna and me took a trip down memory lane today. One of our bonding moments freshman year happened when we ran to Sandburgs. It was the day I almost killed Anna. You’ll have to ask Anna for more details.

Rad Thing of The Day: 4/5 people told Anna that she should infact cut off her leg and get a new fake one. (Even coach holt said so, and he’s a professional)

Kosmin test, 2x800 CV

The CVs were alright I guess. I don’t know how I feel about 800s though.

As for the kosmin rest, the first 2 were alright, but the last 2 were much better. I really pushed it in. My mile time and now new goal is 5:45. I hope I can get there. Actually I know I will get there. I went 1166 meters

Ran with the girls for 15 minutes, then by myself for almost the rest. Run was pretty good, felt like a good pace, wish I could have stayed with the girls longer, but there’s always tomorrow.

Rad Thing of The Day: I finished my book, that I’ve been dying to finish since I started.

Got together with Anna to run. We met at her house, and then drove (seperatly) to grapevine. When driving there I wasn't even sure I was going the right way, but we got there. We ran kinda slow, and had to turn back once to go find Anna's jacket she left on the trail. After she got her jacket we picked up the pace on the way back, and finished.
