The first half of this run was bad, I went slow and honestly could not stop thinking about how crappy my day was. But by the second half I finally forgot and got into the run. I picked up the pace and went out a little longer than planned, then come back faster. Running is nice when it takes away the stress of life

8-12x400 @ CV w/ 1min rec; 15min warm (including 5 at E Tempo)/cool to time                        

Warm up and easy tempo were good. Brynnli and I started the workout and hit the time every time. After 5, she had to go ice so I was by myself. I did 5 more, the first 2 were two fast, 3rd was right on, 4th way to Fast (cause coach holt helped corrected my form and I just went way to Fast) the 5th was right on and then I went and cooled down around the school with the girls.

I love running. I love running even more when Anna runs with me. :). Anna and me talked about dating and stuff. She’s fun to talk to. The run was good too. We went into Washington. After I did 2 Hulk circuits (lol I mean hill circuits). Those were good. I really like doing those.

Anna and I met at her house for a run out towards Dixie Rock. We left her house a little after 8 and just ran and talked the whole time. We decided to stick to main roads, and not run a trail, because we get lost too often. After the run we ate French Toast at her house (it was delicious). Really glad I got my Saturday run in first thing in the morning.
