I got a good night sleep and was excited to run. I wasn't excited for 30 minutes of planks and after doing 7 or 8 minutes, I couldn't wait to get started on my run. Running the trail was nice, but hard.

This run was really hard, but I kept pushing myself and telling myself I could do it. And I did do it, I ran the whole way back to the lake and then got to jump in to the freezeing water.

I got to run my favorite trail again. I was with Ashlee for the first part, but I ended up getting ahead of her and running with Piper, Jada, Haily, & Gracie, before turning around. The way back was hard at first, going up those hills, but after that it was all down hill and I went fast and felt great. I'm just so in love with running.

I decied I was going to stay right with Jenna the whole time. We run right next to each other the whole way down. We went until 22 and then turned, not even thinking about how far out we had gone. Going back was hard and long. Jenessa pushed Jenna and me through a lot of it, and I finished strong, a few minutes behind Jenna. I'm really glad I got through the run and got those hills in.

This run wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I run over in green springs, where my family was hanging out at the park, and beast it up the hills over there. I'm really happy I got all my runs in for this week, and I'm going to continue to do this through out the season

Race was great. My start wasn't as good, and I'm going to work on that. But I passed a lot of people and am really proud of my time. Overall it was a great first race of the season and I'm so hyped for the season.

My watch broke yesterday so I don't have a watch at the moment, I'm not quite sure how many minutes a got, but I do know the run was really hot and hard. Although I love going up to green springs, cause it's easier to stay with the top girls.

I love workouts, and couldn't wait to get started today. I started off at what I thought was a good pace, but turned out being too fast as I died off half way through the 4 minutes. After that I backed off a little bit, and did my 1:30's on pace. Then I did my 2:15 on pace too. I finished the work out with a nice solid cool down. Overall, I was pretty happy with this workout, I just gotta make sure I drink more water though out the day.

I was really excited to race. I was aiming for a sub 25 and I got it. I'm really happy that I stayed with Ashlee, and she was able to push me through the race. I was tempted to walk a few times, but I didn't and just pushed through the pain.
